We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to various transportation options, including the tram, subway, buses, and taxis. There were also many restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel staff were very informative and helpful, and the front desk was fantastic. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The wifi worked great and the shower had good pressure. We also appreciated the complimentary bathroom products provided by the hotel.

The rooms were filthy. I had to check under the bed for a missing earring and the rubbish and filth under the bed was unacceptable, obviously had not been cleaned for ages. We had 2 adult sons staying in the hotel at the same time as us, after check in and on arrival at there room they discovered that one of the beds sheets had blood on them. We had to phone reception everyday to have the rooms cleaned. I spotted the cleaner using our clean face flannels to clean the bathroom mirror. Apart from the handy location I would not ever stay in this hotel again.

This is a typical economic hotel of hongkong,locates in island ,nearby 铜锣湾,we went to ocean park and shopping ,enjoying local life . good place for china mainland people.

Front desk staff helpful at checkout. Well-insulated room, a bit tight but sufficient. Convenient location in Wan Chai neighborhood for meals, shopping, and transport. Personal safe issue fixed promptly. Surprisingly spacious, thanks to the mirror. S11 bus stop outside, easy access to subway.

Great customer service. Cost of Business Centre very good compared with other hotels in the area. Nice touch with complimentary food and drink refreshments brought to the room on the first day. Overall, would recommend this hotel. Beds very comfortable.

Rooms are quite small but perfectly sized for a short city break or stopover.

the location is awesome...real close to the times square and other shopping areas....close to the MTR as well..

the staff asked for a HKD 500 deposit which was not mentioned in the booking confirmation.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff provide basic amenities, like toiletries and even q-tips, without having to request them. The location is fantastic, situated between two metro stations and right along the tram line in a bustling business area.

can't find anything wrong, except maybe it is a little difficult walking to the MTR station with heavy bag (5-10 minutes is far enough for me especially when you're tired after a long walk)

This hotel is conveniently located between two subway stations and right along the tram line. It's not far from the city center, making it easy to explore the city. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities in the room, like the clean towels and complimentary toiletries, add a nice touch. Also, the room rates are reasonable for what you get, and having the option of an extra bed is always a positive.

The noise from the busy road outside can be a bit bothersome.

Nothing was particularly good about the hotel. The room was small, the bed was small, the TV didn't work well and the sound system was so irritating that I placed the twu speakers between two cushions in order to eliminate the buzz.

Clean, well located efficient counter staff. The room was comfortable and well maintained with all the required services, tea and coffee etc with a room safe. Lifts were easy and adequate.

There is no coffee shop but there are plenty of restaurants of all types close by.
